What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Runner/Warehouse Hand position at Circle M Rentals dba Circle M Energy Services?
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pull trailers. Responsible for ensuring customer needs are met. Will work in the warehouse to pull orders based on picking and packing lists as required, deliver outbound orders, packages, and prepare shipments for delivery. Helps to receive shipments from vendors, verifies contents and stock parts as appropriate. Communicates arrival and availability of inventory with inside/outside sales. Maintains an organized store and work area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintains clean, organized work area
- Works in a safe manner and ensures uniform/safety policies are followed
- Identifies customer needs and works to fulfill
- Picks inventory, pulls rental equipment, and prepares merchandise for customer pickup/delivery
- Prepares outbound shipment documents
- Inspects and documents condition of outbound/inbound rental equipment together with customer
- Coordinates communication with customer of related needs – inventory arrivals, repairs required
- Receives shipments from carriers/vendors, verifies completeness, follows receiving processes, and put away inventory
- Cycle counts and performs physical inventory as needed
- Coordinates and documents transfer of material between branch locations
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working knowledge of oilfield equipment/goods
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (pallet jack, forklift, telehandler)
- Must pass background, motor vehicle history and drug screening
- Must be 21 due to our fleet vehicles insurance carrier.
- Valid Driver's License
- Able to pull trailers
- Clean driving record is a must.
WORK ENVIROMENT:
- Enclosed warehouse and outdoor storage yard
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
