Circle of Life is growing and we’re looking for a Marketing and Community Engagement Manager to join our corporate office in Shoreview. Circle of Life is a leading home care agency serving 6 states. The Marketing and Community Engagement Manager will work closely with the executive leadership team to drive sustainable and community-focused client growth. This role will develop and drive a marketing strategy grounded in One Circle’s culturally competent care, execute events in partnership with regional and branch leaders, manage the marketing budget, collect data and monitor campaign efficacy, and ensure that One Circle’s brand is consistent and visible to all stakeholders.

Position Duties Include
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive client census growth. Collaborate with leadership to align local marketing strategies with One Circle’s vision.
- Manage marketing budget and prepare analyses of spend and impact to present to executive leadership team.
- Identify and build relationships with key community partners including case managers, tribal leaders, care facilities and advocacy groups.
- Lead and manage the Marketing team, ensuring team alignment and fostering collaboration and growth for staff.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives to inform future efforts.
- Create and deliver engaging marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and swag to align with marketing strategy.
- Manage the agency's digital presence, including social media platforms, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of developed strategy and train / mentor staff in community engagement best practices when applicable.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, client engagement or related role, a proven ability to plan and execute successful events and experience managing a marketing budget. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred and must be willing to travel.
