What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Circle Park Behavioral Health Services?
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and four years responsible clerical or administrative experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Type at a corrected rate of 65 WPM. Performs work of a confidential nature. Expertise in office protocol and procedures. Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Must be detailed oriented, have stellar organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and can multi-task. Experience working in a medical setting, and working with health insurance and billing a plus.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative/secretarial services, working daytime hours Mon-Fri, hours may vary some.
