Position Summary
This position will be responsible for implementing behavioral treatment & instructional plans under the guidance of assigned supervisors, such as a BCBA, utilizing ABA principles within the home and community settings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Implements and collects data from programs such as self-help skills, behavior management, social skills, and academic areas using CTG’s current behavior-tracking program.
· Follows treatment plans as outlined by supervisory staff.
· Assists in the development of new materials when needed.
· Takes part in maintaining facilities operated by CTG when applicable.
· Maintains afternoon and evening availability.
· Attends ongoing in-house trainings and team meetings to ensure professional development.
· Creates timely, quality session notes according to CTG guidelines on the current agency digital platform with correct times and dates.
· Obtains and maintains all necessary credentials and certifications.
· Must physically be able to block, physically prompt, redirect, and restrain clients as needed per behavior plans and protocols to maintain the safety of the clients and others.
· Obtains signatures from caregivers using the current agency digital platform and—if needed—paper sheets.
· Logs in and out of the company-utilized time stamp app on time.
· Follows time-off protocols as outlined in the agency policy.
· Directly reports to their assigned clients’ supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· High School Diploma or GED
· Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid
· Afternoon/Evening Availability
· Current Driver’s License
· Background check

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Work involves exerting up to 50 pounds or more of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force. The use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of force greater than that for Sedentary Work and the worker sits some of the time, the job is rated generally for moderate work, but all physical demands vary dependent on clients being worked with.
