What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Aide II (G-15) position at Circuit Court for Prince George's County?
Under the direction of the Deputy, the incumbent provides administrative and operational support to the Office of Courtroom Services for the Circuit Court for Prince George's County.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Answer and direct telephone calls.
• Greet and assist customers.
• Provide support to parties using the listening room.
• Furnish transcript and/or audio information to the public.
• Process various appeal matters.
• Process transcript and/or audio orders.
• Create and maintain complex paper and various electronic filing systems such as MDEC and PaperVision.
• Process engagement certificates of compliance.
• Search for information through various resources to compile information for meetings, projects, etc.
• Assist the main office with daily workflow.
• Performs other duties as assigned.High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate includes one (1) year of administrative office experience involved working with the public. Any equivalent combination of relevant training, education, and experience will also be accepted. Court-related experience is a plus but not required.
