Role Summary
As Circuit’s Growth Manager, you will own and drive the strategies that fuel our customer lifecycle—from awareness and acquisition through to retention and expansion. This role blends product thinking, sales strategy, and marketing execution, and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments. You'll work cross-functionally to develop campaigns, test ideas, analyze data, and optimize the full growth funnel. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning KPIs, influencing product direction, and moving quickly from insight to action.
This position is based in downtown Austin, TX.
\n- Serve as the bridge between customer feedback and engineering teams, ensuring customer-centric insights are integrated into all growth strategies
- Contribute directly to outbound outreach and pipeline development, especially during early-stage go-to-market initiatives
- Lead or support customer demos and onboarding conversations, helping to tailor messaging and drive conversions from interest to activation
- Maintain clear visibility into the growth pipeline—from prospecting to closed-won—using tools like HubSpot and Clay to track and optimize touchpoints
- Create and continuously optimize customer segmentation strategies to ensure precise and effective targeting for marketing campaigns and messaging
- Define and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., CAC, LTV, activation rate, churn) to improve unit economics and drive strategic decision-making
- Leverage data from marketing campaigns, sales activities, and product interactions to generate actionable insights and inform future growth initiatives
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to prioritize and develop product features and enhancements that directly drive growth
- 7-12 years of experience in growth-related roles, with a strong background in SaaS, product management, sales, or marketing
- Proven track record of driving growth through a combination of product optimization, sales, and marketing efforts.
- Experience with outbound sales development, lead qualification, and CRM-driven pipeline management
- Comfortable leading product demos, tailoring value propositions to different buyer personas, and gathering feedback to inform messaging and product development
- Experience working in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making
- Experience with technical or AI first SAAS productsExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Comfort with experimentation, A/B testing, and performance-driven decision-making
- A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and delivering value to customers
- Familiarity with modern growth tools such as Clay, HubSpot, and scaling tech stacks to meet channel goals
- Experience with defining and being responsible for key B2B SaaS metrics like customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), churn rate, and activation rates
- Background across the breadth of channel strategies like content strategy, founder social, paid acquisition, and SEO is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
