Role Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute key marketing initiatives across events, content, social media, PR & communications, webinars, and email campaigns. This is a generalist role with a strong focus on execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to marketing operations. You will work closely with the founding team to drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales enablement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Events Planning & Execution: Lead Circuit’s presence at industry events, manage logistics for side events and networking dinners, and coordinate speaking engagements for leadership.
- Content Planning & Production: Develop and execute a content calendar, including blog posts, thought leadership, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Social Media Management: Plan and manage Circuit’s social media presence (primarily LinkedIn), ensuring consistent engagement..
- Webinars & Virtual Events: Organize and execute webinars and digital events to engage prospects, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Email Marketing & Campaigns: Design and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing, event promotion, and product updates.
- PR & Communications: Work with external agencies and media partners to secure press coverage and manage communications around key company announcements.
- Sales Enablement Support: Collaborate with the sales team and external design agency to develop and refine sales collateral, pitch decks, and other materials to accelerate deal cycles.
Strategy Execution: Work alongside the founding team to translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable initiatives that drive measurable results.
