Lead Electrical Engineer
Los Angeles | Full Time | Up to $200k base salary

As a Lead EE, you will have technical ownership of the company's hardware design through to production, leading a team of engineers through the development of advanced Wireless Communications products used in Avionics applications.

Responsibilities :
- Lead a diverse hardware engineering and production team.
- Oversee hardware development, ensuring rapid iteration, high quality, and on-time delivery.
- Drive production by coordinating with supply chain and manufacturing partners, enforcing procedures, traceability, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain robust test infrastructure.
- Align closely with software teams to ensure seamless HW / SW integration.
- Ensure designs meet customer CONOPS, support field-deployed hardware, and collaborate with mechanical / thermal engineers on SWaP constraints.
- Lead design reviews and contribute to hiring top-tier hardware engineers.
