About the Role
The Civil/Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for facility level design and analysis of solar & BESS energy facilities. This includes site plans, geotechnical reports, site surveys, erosion control, environmental impacts, foundation layouts, BOM's, structural details, material take-offs, and equipment specifications.
They will work closely with customers and other engineering and design team members to coordinate the overall design packages and requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of civil/structural system sizing at all levels, experience with Utility and/or Commercial scale renewable EPC projects, independent engineering, and nuances of design, and analysis of operational project data and performance.
