Bookkeeper Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator - Bilingual English/Spanish:
The Bookkeeper/HR /Payroll Coordinator is responsible for helping with Bookkeeping, Human Resources and Payroll operations a at Circulo de la Hispanidad, a nonprofit organization.
Responsibilities include helping to maintain HR systems and processes, assisting fiscal department prepare and process payroll and maintaining HR records in compliance with agency contracts. Other tasks include creating reports as needed for funders, Circulo staff and the Board of Directors, and helping with related fiscal office task for a non profit organization.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources and management, finance or accounting or similar field.
Strong financial management and accounting skills, HR skills
To be familiar with excel and Microsoft outlook
Intermediate mathematical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong administrative and organizational skills
The ability to work well with others, particularly in being responsive to other’s questions and needs related to financial perspective and information
Strong oral and written communication skills
The ability to work collaboratively with staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
