JOB SUMMARY:
CircusTrix (dba Sky Zone) owns and operates popular entertainment venues, a place where friends can have fun and be active together. Membership Services Coordinators play a critical role in addressing membership information or cancellation requests submitted via web form and email.
You will thoroughly review requests, research current membership statuses, evaluate related membership agreements and determine solutions or eligibility for cancellations. You will also process cancellations and associated guest notifications, make refund requests and create/send email replies. This is a work from home opportunity, ideal for someone who is self-motivated, focused on retention and guest satisfaction, organized when prioritizing workload, and urgent resolving guest issues. We provide a company-issued laptop for the duration of your employment. This is full-time hourly position. We offer competitive pay, training, and comprehensive benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Prior experience in customer service or business processing environments preferred.
- Must have private workspace with limited background noise and access to reliable high-speed internet service.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends is required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Friendly communication style, ability to communicate professionally and clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Self-motivated, solutions-oriented and results-driven with a passion for delivering quality customer service.
- Consistently pay attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry.
- Proficient computer skills, ability to learn and use web-based booking system, spreadsheets and email.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customer service and support for guest memberships via web form, spreadsheets and email.
- Research and use email communications to fully understand and answer various guest inquiries.
- Use resources to be knowledgeable of business processes and complete required tasks with urgency.
- Collect relevant membership information and accurately complete required updates and data entry.
- Process membership cancellations, applicable refund requests and related guest notifications.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This position requires the ability to remain stationary at a computer desk for extended periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Compensation range is $18.00-19.00/hr based on qualifications, experience, and performance. Full-time employees at CircusTrix enjoy a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401k plan with company matching. Eligibility for 401k is based on age and tenure requirements.
