What is this role?
As a Blending Lead for Cirkul, you will be responsible for driving the production of beverage blending operations, ensuring that team members meet shift goals and maintain product quality within the blending department. This role will support the shift supervisor, managing employee performance, training, and daily communication to maintain an efficient and high-quality production environment.
What does an average day look like?
- Driving Results: Enforce product quality standards/SOPs in the blending process and meet output standards set by the department.
- Taking Ownership: Coach and mentor employees to company standards, monitor daily attendance, and track production goals.
- Making Decisions: Lead the training of employees in best practices for the blending process, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency protocols.
- Cultivating Relationships: Foster a team-oriented environment focused on production goals and continuous improvement.
- Instilling Trust: Monitor and manage ingredient inventory, track blending process efficiency, and report any downtimes to leadership and maintenance for timely resolutions.
- Customer Focus: Ensure production targets are met in a timely and effective manner, maintaining product quality and operational efficiency.
What background should you have?
- 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Excel required.
- Basic root cause analysis knowledge preferred.
- Intermediate mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
