experienced Blending Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
As a Blending Supervisor, you will oversee the blending process of our products,
ensuring consistency and quality while adhering to all regulatory guidelines. You will
lead a team of operators, manage production schedules, and contribute to the
continuous improvement of our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily blending operations according to established
guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and NSF regulations.
- Monitor blending processes to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Train, mentor, and lead blending team members.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any
production issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute for education.
- Previous manufacturing and blending experience preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems is preffered.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Ability to remain standing/walking for extended periods of time, ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, ability to maintain high attention to detail.
