We are looking for a housekeeping supervisor to join our team at Cirque St Armands. This Supervisor should have a passion for hospitality, and a drive to consistently provide great results.
The housekeeping supervisor will work both with the AM staff and the turn down team. Previous experience on both aspects of housekeeping prefered

Responsibilities:
- Open house, prepare boards and all guest requests, schedule daily projects
- Supervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performed
- Assists in training of the team.
- Stocks and maintains supply rooms; ensures proper inventory control
- Receives, processes, and handles guest complaints in regard to housekeeping services
- Ensures that rooms are kept clean and free from hazards
- Ensures that all common areas are kept clean and free from hazards
- Organizes all staff during the day and hosts daily meetings with housekeeping staff
- Assists guests with questions and basic requests
- Provides a high level of customer service at all times; remains professional
- Trains new housekeepers and support staff
- Meets with company officials regularly in order to provide progress reports and address issues
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision
- previous experience with turndown Service
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Conflict resolution experience
- Patience and good listening skills
