Overview
We are seeking a Hub Manager to oversee operations at our hub location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational management, route planning, and fleet management within the express, delivery or logistics industry.
Duties
Responsible for the daily management of the transshipment center to ensure smooth operation
Coordinate customs clearance and pick-up matters to ensure timely warehousing of goods
Plan and arrange second-leg air transportation to deliver goods to destination efficiently.
Process cargo returns and arrange for follow-up transportation or storage.
Manage truck dispatch tasks to ensure delivery timeliness and quality.
Organize cargo consignment and posting operations to ensurethat cargo meets transportation standards.
Produce air waybill and other documents, and ensure theiraccuracy.
Arrange airport short-barge transportation and MIA-SJU air transportation tasks to guarantee the efficient connection of the
process.
Skills
With 3-5 years' experience in warehouse and logistics management
Fluency in both English and Chinese.
Familiar with customs clearance, truck transportation and a airfreight import/export operation process.
Knowledge of end-of-line delivery, relevant experience is preferred.
Previously managed warehouses of 100,000 square feet more
Leadership skills, having managed a team of more than 20people and able to effectively coordinate teamwork
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, and able toadapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
