Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Lead the recruitment and talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with policies
- Conduct training development programs for employees to enhance skills and knowledge
- Implement process improvements to streamline HR operations
- Handle budgeting for HR-related expenses
- Maintain human capital management systems and databases, including UltiPro and HRIS
- Ensure OSHA compliance within the workplace
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
- Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions such as talent acquisition, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Familiarity with UltiPro and HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,203.00 - $72,222.00 per year
