Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the human resources department
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for HR initiatives
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Taleo, SAP, Workday, ATS, and PeopleSoft for data collection and analysis
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, including OSHA requirements
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Taleo, SAP, Workday, ATS, and PeopleSoft
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
