Regional Supply Chain Channel Manager
Role Responsibilities:
1. Enhance the development and efficiency of various channels including express and trucking services.
2. Optimize costs associated with channel operations.
3. Review contracts with service providers, negotiate terms, and ensure favorable agreements.
4. Develop and guarantee capacity to meet regional demands.
5. Manage and deepen relationships with service providers at all levels to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment.
6. Handle and resolve disputes related to billing and claims.
7. Manage requests for essential materials such as cardboard, cage trucks, label paper, printers, etc.
Required Skills and Abilities:
1. Exhibit excellent negotiation skills to strategically achieve negotiation goals.
2. Possess strong business negotiation acumen.
3. Understand the company's position and the importance of channel terms.
4. Comprehend the scope and impact of the channel on the business.
5. Integrate regional channel resources and prioritize tasks according to local conditions.
6. Demonstrate long-term strategic thinking in channel operations.
7. Adapt to complex internal and external environmental changes, including internal projects and business platforms.
8. Service Provider Relationship Management:
9. Maintain a cooperative and win-win mindset with service providers.
10. Establish and maintain strong relationships with service providers' sales, delivery, and senior staff.
11. Influence service providers' pricing and business strategies in specific areas.
12. Have extensive experience in channel development, maintenance, and management.
13. Communicate and coordinate effectively with domestic, cross-business unit (BU), and regional departments.
14. Be fluent in Chinese & English.
15. Be willing and able to travel regularly and for extended periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
