Job Description
- Assist in monitoring affordable Yardi support email and ticket requests. Will include ledger and lease charge corrections and posting of HAP payments.
- Assist in monthly HAP payment postings/ consolidated receipting.
- Assist in uploading Housing documents and making the necessary adjustments to lease charges and ledgers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years Yardi experience - Required
- Yardi Affordable experience - Preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Section 8 and HAP contracts - Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. – Required
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review financial documents for accuracy.
- Ability to speak spanish - Preferred
Additional Information
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Pay: $69,000 per year
