DUTIES
- Act as electronics engineer responsible for functional verification of audio CODECs and other mixed signal products. Detailed responsibilities include but are not limited to: verification planning, testbench development, failure analysis and resolution, coverage analysis and population, digital/mixed-signal modeling, directed/constraint-random test generation, formal verification analysis with execution, proficient knowledge of scripting languages and flow development. Candidates must apply knowledge of electronics engineering and work closely with digital/analog designers, applications engineers and manufacturing test to support both pre-silicon verification and post silicon validation efforts.
- Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering or a closely related field. The position also requires the ability to use system Verilog, object-oriented programming techniques and bus functional models to verify RTL design; the ability to write processor assembly code for verification; and the ability to use event-based simulator (eg. Quest-Sim, Incisive) to verify RTL design and debug with waveforms.
