Job Title : Architect - Microservices for Document Management
Location : Atlanta, GA
Type : Full-Time, Onsite / Hybrid
Position Overview :
As an Architect in the Document Management department, you will define and implement microservices-based architecture to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineering talent, and align technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architectural Leadership :
Design and implement microservices architecture for the client's document management systems.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineers to align architecture with business objectives.
Evaluate and implement technologies for containerization, orchestration, API management, and cloud integration.
Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Ensure documentation of architecture and compliance with industry and client-specific standards.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
Strong knowledge of microservices patterns and tools such as Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
