Job Title : Architect – Microservices for Document Management

Position Overview :

As an Architect in the Document Management department, you will define and implement microservices-based architecture to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineering talent, and align technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architectural Leadership :
• Design and implement microservices architecture for the client’s document management systems.
• Establish architectural standards, best practices, and governance models to ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineers to align architecture with business objectives.
• Act as a technical advisor to client leadership, providing recommendations on technology and optimization strategies.
• Technical Innovation :
• Evaluate and implement technologies for containerization, orchestration, API management, and cloud integration.
• Drive DevOps and CI / CD adoption to support agile development and operational excellence.
• Mentorship :
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Conduct code reviews, provide training, and promote knowledge sharing.
• Documentation & Compliance :
• Ensure documentation of architecture and compliance with industry and client-specific standards.
