We tentatively have scheduled interviews for the following dates:
- April 29, 2025: First Interviews (in-person at our Wilsonville Office); the interview will include Excel and Word writing assessments.
- May 6, 2025: Second Interviews (in-person at our Wilsonville Office)
- May 12,2025: Interview with CIS’ Executive Director (in-person at our Wilsonville Office)
Salary Range: $106,255 to $129,731
Job Location: During the initial training period (up to six months) you will be required to work in our Wilsonville Office five days per week. After the training period ends, you will work with your supervisor to determine a workable hybrid schedule that includes office and remote workdays (remote days are from your Oregon residence). In addition to your hybrid work schedule, you will also be required to travel to CIS staff gatherings and CIS’ Annual Conference, at off-site, Oregon locations.

General Position Summary: Can you picture yourself in this position?
The Accountant 3 applies advanced accounting theory and accounting knowledge and has the skills to develop and implement CIS accounting policies, procedures, and systems. The Accountant 3 ensures integrity, accuracy, and control of data.
The Accountant 3 interprets, applies, and modifies existing policies and procedures to conform to GAAP. Responsibility for highly complex accounting system operations, including account structure, internal control, and financial reporting. Complex accounting systems that involve multiple levels of controlling regulations and overlapping reporting periods.
Financial interface focus – Using process documentation and lean process improvement methodology, improve how finance, insurance claims, employee healthcare, and payroll software systems interact with each other.
