Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insight and support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in accounting software, QuickBooks strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
