Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial HVAC Service Technician at CIS Industries in Knoxville, TN. The Commercial HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair, and Preventive Maintenance skills
- EPA Certification
- Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses
