Responsibilities
- Create and execute an annual sales and business development plan to support both your goals and those of Cisco-Eagle, Inc. Much of your plan will focus on key accounts within the state of Arkansas.
- Strengthen relationships with an existing account base while also adding new accounts to your territory.
- Consult with and understand your clients' businesses and identify internal supply chain/material handling and storage opportunities.
- Utilize internal technologies (CRM, web tools, our ERP) to develop, manage, and track your activities.
- Conduct business meetings or phone calls to understand your clients' businesses and identify Material Handling Equipment opportunities within their facilities.
- Be creative in providing material handling and storage solutions to support both near term and long-term client needs.
- Adopt an aggressive learning approach to progressively better understand our products, applications, and solutions we offer.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications ... what you should bring to us:
- Will live and work remotely in the southern half of the state of Arkansas.
- Ability to listen well, ask insightful questions, and capture relevant decision-making data
- Ability to communicate with a variety of decision makers from Warehouse Ops to Engineers to CEOs
- Well organized and effective when multi-tasking
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Successful industrial sales track record in material handling or related industry
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
- Relevant college degree is preferred
- Sales experience in the material handling sector is a plus
Compensation
