Meet the Team
The Sales Strategic Initiatives team is responsible for driving a number of priority initiatives to accelerate and optimize the go-to-market (GTM) strategies of Cisco's sales teams. Current priorities include building :
- A unified customer definition for enhanced engagement across all Cisco functions and lines of business
- An evolved segmentation model to enable more efficient alignment of resources to our highest growth opportunities
- Evolved sales policies to drive ownership and accountability across a matrixed sales organization
