As a Wafer Test Engineer at Cisco Systems, you will join a team of talented engineers working on cutting-edge technology to power the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the design and testing of photonic components and circuits on die, wafer, and assembly levels. This involves working closely with the Design, NPI, and Operations teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for calibration/test software, relational databases for storage and retrieval of manufacturing data, automated data handling systems, and intranet APIs.
You will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates across functions to achieve shared goals. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong foundation in computer science, computer systems, electrical engineering, physics, or other relevant major, with a minimum of 7 years of experience and/or 4 years of experience with an MS degree. You should also have hands-on experience in .NET or other C-based language programming, database design and SQL, and automated test equipment. Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery.
The salary range for this position is $126,400 - $222,200 USD annually, depending on location and qualifications.
