Responsibilities of the Warranty Coordinator entail:
- Process and file warranty claims with various manufacturers as instructed by the Warranty Manager
- Review and clear all assigned warranty claims in pending status on a daily basis
- Provide rapid response to various requests from manufacturers to ensure warranty claims are processed in a timely manner
- Prepare all parts and core returns when requested by manufacturers
- Post credits and warranty payments to the Warranty Receivables Schedule as needed
- Reconcile the Warranty Receivable Schedule monthly
- Assist with the follow-up of all unpaid claims as directed by the Warranty Manager
- Close and post all warranty repair orders promptly
The requirements for a Warranty Coordinator:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No experience required
- High School diploma or GED required
