This position will be responsible for the Fleet & Warranty claims processing for a directed group of branches or products.
MH Equipment services, sells and rents high-quality and affordable material handling equipment for varying applications and budgets.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide industry leading customer satisfaction. Effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and other employees.
- Develop a thorough understanding of all Hyster-Yale fleet claims. Keeping current and accurate on Fleet Rules & Program Guides.
- File fleet claims as assigned including Lowes, United Refrigeration, Menards, Intl. Paper, and others.
- Review fleet claims status through the OneXP website daily. Resubmit denied claims in a timely fashion. Continually improve the claims filed and claims paid percentage.
- Ensure that Hyster-Yale Fleet & Warranty claims status and settlements are up to date and accurate in E-Emphasys.
- File warranty claims as directed for equipment including for Hyster, Yale, and other products.
- File parts warranty claims and field product improvement claims for Hyster, Yale, and all other equipment as required.
- Strive to meet the Hyster-Yale fleet goal of 100% filed in 1-to-30-day range and the ERP Document vs. Paid amount at 100%.
- Provide necessary correspondence with RSE and FSE Engineers and other vendors when issues occur. File for authorizations when necessary.
- Communicate with the Warranty Manager and Service Managers when issues arise.
- Provide meaningful information to branches to assist in improving their Fleet & Warranty results.
- Work to resolve issues, conflicts, challenges, and ensure internal customer satisfaction and good business practice.
- Miscellaneous other tasks related to warranty as requested.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Model honesty, integrity, ethics, and good character and follow the MH Vision, Mission and Values.
- A technical background.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines with accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and a working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Friendly/helpful interpersonal and phone skills.
- Knowledge of ERP and OneXP is a plus.
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the job.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
Working Conditions: Hours will be 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
