Overview:
The Recruiter – Human Resources plays a key role in supporting the organization by leading recruitment efforts for field employees. This position is also responsible for coordinating new hire onboarding and supporting various Human Resources projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Provide front-line recruitment support for all Field Tech positions.
- Manage the electronic applicant tracking system and proactively screen resumes to identify high-potential candidates.
- Pre-Employment Coordination
- Administer pre-employment testing and conduct employment verifications, including reference checks, background checks, and E-Verify.
- HRIS Management
- Maintain accurate and timely updates to employee records in the HRIS system.
- Training & Compliance Tracking
- Maintain up-to-date training records, including hours worked (for payroll purposes).
- Monitor certification expiration dates and coordinate renewals with employees proactively.
- Onboarding Coordination
- Schedule and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Track and report orientation dates for payroll processing.
- General HR Support
- Provide additional administrative support and assist with HR projects as directed.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Post-secondary education preferred or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of general office administrative experience.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong computer proficiency, with advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and a proactive mindset.
