We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Growth Manager (BGM) to join our dynamic Business Banking team. In this strategic role, you'll play a key role in acquiring and cultivating new business relationships, with a focus on deposit growth and cash management solutions.
What You'll Do :
- Be a hunter and a farmer : Prospect and acquire new business members with an annual revenue of $1-$5 million, while deepening relationships with existing clients to uncover new deposit, cash management, and C&I lending opportunities.
- Partner for success : Collaborate closely with branch partners to leverage existing portfolios and referrals. Work alongside our Cash Management specialists to identify and implement best-in-class solutions for our business members.
- Trusted advisor : Become a financial expert for our members, providing insightful guidance and solutions. This includes understanding cash flow analysis, business financials, and RFP review.
- Growth mindset : Develop and implement strategies to cultivate primary relationships, focusing on exceeding net new deposit acquisition goals.
- Collaborative spirit : Maintain strong relationships with all Citadel business lines to ensure seamless referrals and a holistic client experience.
