As a core member of our Business Process Optimization team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

The Business Process Optimization Business Intelligence team is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Product Lead to design, plan and lead the development cycles of advance BI solutions.

The Business Intelligence Product Lead will be part of the BPO Business Intelligence team under the direction of a Product Manager. They should be comfortable communicating with all levels within an organization, carrying out detailed technical work (requirements, project admin, development and support) and be flexible and hardworking.

• You will aim to improve operational excellence and efficiency across Citco Fund Services (CFS) through a combination of process re-design and automation.
• Use a Lean Six Sigma (“LSS") approach, to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on current processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities where applicable
• Collaborate with the relevant Business unit and Citco's IT organization, BPO design, develop, and deploy specific technologies to further enhance quality and straight-through-processing rates
• Provide intelligent, actionable & timely data story telling in the form of productivity/performance metrics, workflow transparency and risk and timeliness KPI/KRIs to the CFS Management Team and BPO Executive team
• Provide succinct data story telling that can inform opportunities for optimization, measurement of productivity on a product, department and deliverable level, and provide justification for headcount spending

About You:

• You have 5 or more years of experience in Business intelligence environment (preferably Qlik / PowerBI experience) from the perspective of the business.
• University level education in Information Technology or related Business field with real world experience of leading technical projects on behalf of the business
• Proven experience with the development of reports / dashboards / decision making content
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including stored procedure creation, report layout, requirements gathering, and UI/dashboard design
• Strong communications skills and ability to comprehend and translate complex, advanced functional/technical business asks into business requirements which can be executed by development team in a timely manner
• Ability to project manage complex development cycles (scrum experience a plus)
• Experience working in cloud based data sources and QlikSense integrations
• Good database designing and SQL skills a plus (Experienced in DBMS, RDMS and Amazon RDS ( MySQL, PostgreSQL))
• Experience with BI Security Model
• Leadership qualities to lead the solution implementations confidently face the stakeholders and focused approach towards objectives
• Advocate for a culture of software crafting best practices, including automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
• QLIKSense & PowerBI experience
• Proficient in confluence, JIRA and full MS Suite
• Display examples of where artistry/creativity (creating requirement / wireframe / UX ) combined with organization (project management/executing deliverables) was used to convert a complex business ask into an elegant/easy to understand piece of business content
• Display examples of managing the prioritization of multiple business asks as well as the expectations of the business users asking
• Self-organized, flexible, and proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn, cross-train, and to innovate in a rapidly changing market
• A financial background would be advantageous
• Background in management of people/teams is a plus
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills with VBA being a plus
• DataBricksSQL Experience a plus
