Responsibilities

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash management.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Promote sales through upselling techniques and product recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store displays.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
