As a Business Analytics Ld Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to mitigate and prevent fraud, utilizing your technical expertise and business acumen to drive results. You will engage with key partners in Fraud Prevention to develop requirements for new reporting, dashboards, and tools, leveraging your expertise in developing code to extract data from various technology platforms and support CRS portfolios. Additionally, you will utilize your knowledge of business analytics to develop reporting dashboards highlighting the impact of fraud trends on business performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will possess 5 years of experience supporting fraud prevention efforts, with hands-on experience in developing in SAS, SQL, C#, C software languages, Hive/Hue, Python, or other Big Data tools, and distributed platforms like Linux or Unix. Furthermore, they will have worked with extremely large data sources from multiple platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, Hadoop, and the mainframe, preferably, and have hands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Autosys enterprise scheduling tool, and BitBucket code-versioning tool. The successful candidate will also have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), hands-on experience in data manipulation, Tableau development, and reporting and ad hoc data support. They must be able to work collaboratively and independently to achieve superior results, possessing strong CRS business knowledge and data analytical skills involving complex processes. It is essential to note that the ability to understand story behind data and summarize results adjusted by audience is crucial for this role. A Bachelors/University degree in computer science, preferred, will be beneficial for this role.
