- Establish and oversee operational risk policies, technology, and governance processes.
- Independently assess risks and drive actions to address root causes of operational losses.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Risk Management, Finance, Compliance/Control, and Businesses to ensure effective operational risk management.
- 10-15 years relevant experience in Operational Risk or a related field.
- Advanced leadership skills with the ability to operate as a leader and inspire diverse backgrounds.
- Proven analytical ability with expertise in breaking down complex matters into core issues and root causes.
- Competitive salary range: $170,000 - $300,000.
