The Enterprise Risk Data Layer Product Manager will be responsible for managing a broad range of product management employees, setting strategy, and providing direction, leadership, and budgetary management. The successful candidate will have an intimate knowledge of how technology interacts with various businesses across the technology development lifecycle and will be able to influence technology and business decisions to add business value towards a stronger risk and controls environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage day-to-day product management for core products, including product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies.
- Lead the development of strategic program roadmaps for data layer platforms and manage teams with vision for end-to-end product development lifecycles.
- Identify technical risks and dependencies for data layer platforms on front-line business units, business, and technology teams and drive mitigation paths.
Requirements:
- 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Relevant experience in risk management, including regulatory remediation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of relevant banking regulation and supervisory expectations for large complex financial institutions.
