Fintech Compliance Expertise
In today's rapidly evolving fintech landscape, having a deep understanding of regulatory compliance requirements is essential for success. As a Product Manager for our RegTech platform, you will leverage your expertise in fintech compliance to develop innovative solutions that ensure our platform meets and exceeds regulatory standards. By collaborating with Compliance stakeholders, you will stay up to date with regulatory changes and ensure our platform is equipped to handle complex compliance processes.

What You'll Achieve:

• You will develop a deep understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, including KYC/KYB, fraud monitoring, transaction monitoring, OFAC, consumer compliance, compliance management system, etc.
• You will work closely with Compliance, Engineering, Legal, and other product teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration of the compliance platform with our existing infrastructure.
• You will stay up to date with regulatory changes in the fintech space, collecting, prioritizing, and socializing requirements from Risks and Compliance.
• You will incorporate customer feedback into the product design process, ensuring our compliance platform is user-friendly and meets the needs of our internal and external clients.
• You will define and execute the strategic direction for our compliance platform, setting clear objectives and key results (OKRs) that align with our business goals.
• You will manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring their solutions integrate effectively with the platform and meet organizations requirements.
• You will regularly track and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve the platform and ensure it continues to deliver value to our customers.
