CitiStaffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CEO Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide back-up support to the EA/PA to the CEO
- Answer phones, direct calls, and handle messages in a timely manner
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
