We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a hugely successful organisation operating in the energy trading and asset management space. This is an exciting opportunity to join their PMO & Change Management team as a Junior PMO Analyst.
Our client is looking for a junior professional who is eager to learn, highly organised, and ready to make a real impact within their dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working for a financial services or trading company.
• Familiarity with Jira and Smartsheet, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to similar tools.
• Experience in creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in Project Planning: Support the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables under the guidance of senior project managers.
• Coordinate Team Activities: Organise meetings, track tasks, and ensure alignment among team members.
• Cost Control and Reporting: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
• Monitor Project Progress: Track milestones, update project status, and identify and escalate potential risks or delays.
• Manage Documentation: Maintain and organise project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
• Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the project team to ensure effective and consistent communication.
Location: Boston Area or Portsmouth-NH (hybrid work model with flexibility based on location).
