* Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail * Collecting Payments and posting payments to systeam** work on rental/renovation projects to ensure accuracy* Maintaining e files * Welcoming visitors to your office * Answering phone calls * Taking and delivering messages * Ensuring the office runs smoothly * Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees * Preparing different reports daily and analyze to General Manager * Ensure entry of data in to systeam * prepare bills pay
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
