What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk / Office Assistant position at Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, PA?
We are seeking an experienced, friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented front office person to join our Dover administrative team. The position is full-time and in-person.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phones; greeting clients and vendors; collating tax returns and financial statements; file maintenance; incoming and outgoing mail; printing; copying; scanning; maintaining document logs; and performing other administrative work as needed.
Candidate must be team-oriented, have a willingness to work hard, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail. Successful candidate will be able to prioritize multiple projects and will thrive in a collaborate work environment.
Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary, and working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is helpful. Our firm also uses various CCH inter-related software programs which candidate will become familiar with.
At least two (2) years of experience in an office setting preferred.
