Job Description:


Position Overview:


Inside Sales Agents, you play a pivotal role in driving the organizations continued growth and success. Agents are responsible for qualifying and converting warm leads, providing exceptional customer service, building rapport and trust, and promoting our products/services over the phone -- helping customers find their moving zen.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a positive customer experience: Help customers transfer utilities and services to their new homes easily and effortlessly is key responsibility for this role.
  • Customer Engagement and Education: Engage with existing and potential customers via phone to provide information about our products/services, answer inquiries, and address concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening to their needs, addressing issues, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to confidently educate customers and address their questions or concerns.
  • Sales and Upselling: Utilize persuasive communication skills to promote and sell our products/services, while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to increase revenue while ensuring
  • Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately record customer information, sales transactions, and customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference and reporting purposes.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve customer issues or complaints by collaborating with other departments and ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and customer service best practices to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the success of the team.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years in Sales and Customer Service is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills over the phone, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers. No cold calling.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Mon-Fri Availability (No Weekends)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
