Job Title: Hotline & Case Management Specialist
Summary: Citizens Against Spouse Abuse, Inc. (CASA) has provided life-changing, life-saving services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence since 1983. CASA provides residential and non-residential services that empower survivors to regain control of their lives through education, advocacy, and coordination of community resources. As an organization, we work to help individuals overcome barriers to leaving an abusive relationship and healing from the trauma of rape and abuse which includes – safety, financial stability, affordable housing, legal assistance, access to community resources, employment, and Spanish interpretive services.
CASA is seeking a part-time Hotline & Case Management Specialist. This is an essential position to CASA in delivery of services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence. The primary duties include answering CASA’s hotline and providing emergency, crisis supports to individuals calling for assistance which may include safety planning, resources and referrals, and admission into CASA’s shelter program. This position further works directly with survivors residing in CASA’s shelter facility by performing client intakes, case management, and crisis intervention services. The Hotline & Case Management Specialist further ensures the operations of the shelter facility is safe and secure while on duty.

Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
Individuals with experience working in social service and/or non-profit agencies are encouraged to apply. Spanish language fluency is a plus.
Background screening will be required.
Work Week: Wednesday 10pm to Thursday 8:30am & Thursday 10pm to Friday 8:30am. May assist in covering other evening, overnight, and weekend shifts as needed.
