JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Trust Operations Assistant assists the trust officer with online account access management, oil & gas activities maintenance, benefit plan reporting, mailing, filing, and other assorted duties as determined by time and necessity.
Essential Functions

- Assist trust office in posting transactions.
- Maintain oil & gas transaction logs.
- Facilitate client access to online account system.
- Prepare quarterly benefit plan reconciliations.
- Sort and mail trust office customer statements.
- Assist with the filing of trust documents.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m; 20 hours a week during this time frame.
Travel
Local travel to various worksites is not required.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Previous experience in Trust Operations or finance related field
