Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Management Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for supporting the collection and loss prevention activities of the Risk Management Department and will work closely with management and various departments and stakeholders to ensure that risk management and collection activities align with departmental goals and objectives.
Duties
- Varied and may include frequent customer contact, document preparation and data management.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of collection concepts and principles related to risk management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with preparation and presentation of reports
- Familiarity with various financial services and products is preferred.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to collect and analyze data effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
