Responsibilities
· Engage with members by answering phone calls and emails, providing prompt and helpful support.
· Efficiently process member payments and address billing inquiries with accuracy.
· Drive new member sales and proactively cross-sell additional products and services.
· Keep member accounts updated and manage any service changes seamlessly.
· Troubleshoot common issues with products or services and handle equipment returns effectively.
· Educate members on product usage and follow up to ensure their satisfaction.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in member service, telemarketing/sales, banking, general office, or a related field. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, are highly preferred.
