Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about products and services to clients..
• Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with office software and data entry systems.
• Excellent client service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Ability to type efficiently while communicating effectively with customers.
• Experience in outbound calling is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.83 per hour
