What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Wellness Program Coordinator position at Citizens Memorial Health System?
Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Wellness Coordinator to lead the continued development and implementation of of employee wellbeing strategies with a focus on initiatives to promote the overall physical, emotional, mental, and financial wellbeing of CMH staff.
Human Resources provides customer services to new applicants, current employees and fellow coworkers. We work closely together to provide the best service possible.
A typical day includes: collaborating with Marketing to craft effective communication of wellness program to staff, working with vendor on planning quarterly activities and maintaining the wellness website, communicating with Wellness Champions, updating records and documentation of employee participation and outcomes, presenting weekly to newly hired staff.
The position is Part Time, days 8:30am-5pm.
