Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting an Administrator in Training for the Citizens Memorial Foundation. Come work where the culture is centered around community involvement and engagement! A typical day will include: Reviewing and evaluating policies, procedures, and work methods, making sure requirements for licensing and accreditation are met, directing the planning, staffing, and scheduling for the Foundation, and assisting in budget preparation. Will also engage in positive public relations and attend and participate in seminars, conferences, and appropriate associations. The Administrator In Training is expected to behave in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of CMH.
This position is: Full-time, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or 5 years experience in operations management, is required. MBA or MHA preferred.
- Experience: Prior work experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
